Worship Planning Team

Worship at Sanctuary is a socially interactive,  holistic spiritual experience involving all the senses, as well as the mind and heart.  Assuring that all these dimensions of our worship are attended to every week requires the attention of a team of worship planners. 

The pastoral staff brings in texts and theme suggestions, and the team goes to work brainstorming on how each theme and passage of scripture may be given expression in music, art, and words to stimulate the people to deeper reflection through their participation in group dialog and actions rich in symbolism.

To be a part of the worship planning team requires first of all a deep desire to help others experience and express joy in the Lord Jesus as you do.  It helps if you can add to this a depth of knowledge of the scriptures, maturity of faith, and a creative imagination
