what? a traditional german harvest celebration. oktvemberfest has its roots in bavarian procrastination as peasants who missed out on septoberfest instituted their own rival festival. today it is simply celebrated with much jubilation whenever friends can gather to watch bears games, jam out on rock band, throw bags, bob for apples, and stuff our faces with brats and kraut.
how do i sign up? just show up. bring a side or dessert if you can (college students get a pass).
